Siyata Mobile Signs Canadian Distribution Agreement with Allcan Distributors for Uniden® UV350 and PTT Accessories

October 23, 2018 (Source) — Distribution Agreement Sets up Uniden® UV350 In-Vehicle Device for Upcoming Canadian Launch

Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) (TSX-V:SIM / OTCQX:SYATF) is pleased to announce that it has signed a distribution agreement with Allcan Distributors (“Allcan”) in preparation for the launch of the Uniden® UV350 in-vehicle 4G/LTE device in Canada.

Allcan’s distribution reach is a key component to Siyata’s strategy as they distribute through channels for various tier 1 wireless operators in Canada.

Allcan Distributors is a leading Canadian distributor of innovative industrial wireless products and accessories related to Push-to-Talk solutions, focusing on providing clients equipment from leading national manufacturers and major wireless carriers. With over 40 years of experience supplying quality communications, Allcan has become one of Canada’s most distinguished providers of wireless communication and cellular support equipment.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman of Siyata Mobile, states, “Partnering with Allcan will provide us with a trusted network to distribute our Uniden® UV350 and accessories throughout Canada. It is another major milestone for Siyata that sets us up to become a leading player in the Canadian PTT market.”

The Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE is the world’s first and only in-vehicle connected cellular device with push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) that is compatible on “Band 14.” The Uniden® UV350 is an all-in-one, purpose-built in-vehicle Internet of things (IoT) device to upgrade antiquated two-way radio technology as a smarter, more advanced solution to communicate, navigate and create in-vehicle efficiencies never seen before in the commercial fleet and vehicle market. Android-based applications and other features available for download on the Uniden® UV350 help improve driver/worker safety and create efficiencies not offered by single-purpose hardware which clutter the inside of a vehicle cabin which can be distracting for drivers.
