FendX to Present at the Emerging Growth Conference on March 7, 2024 and Provides Corporate Update

(CSE: FNDX) (OTCQB: FDXTF) (FSE: E8D) (the “Company” or “FendX“), a nanotechnology company developing surface protection coatings to reduce the spread of pathogens, announces it will be presenting at the Emerging Growth Conference on March 7, 2024.

This live, interactive online event will give existing shareholders and the investment community the opportunity to interact with the Company’s CEO, Dr. Carolyn Myers in real time.

Dr. Carolyn Myers will give a presentation and will subsequently open the floor for questions. Please submit your questions in advance to [email protected] or ask your questions during the event and Dr. Carolyn Myers will do her best to get through as many of them as possible.

The Company also announces that it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (ITG), Inc. (“ITG”) on February 28, 2024 to provide services as a market maker in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Canadian Securities Exchange and other applicable legislation. ITG will receive a fee of $6,000 plus applicable taxes per month. The agreement between the Company and ITG is for a term of two (2) months and may be renewed for subsequent periods of one (1) month if mutually agreed to in writing at least five (5) business days prior the end of the month unless the Company or ITG provides thirty (30) day written notice of termination to the other party. No stock options or other compensation are being granted in connection with the engagement. ITG and its clients may acquire an interest in the securities of the Company. ITG is an arm’s length party to the Company. ITG’s market making activity will be primarily to contribute to market liquidity of the Company’s shares and/or correct temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of the Company’s shares. ITG will be responsible for the costs it incurs in buying and selling the Company’s shares, and no third party will be providing funds or securities for the market making activities.
