August 24, 2026 (Source) — American Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF | ADR: AMRRY) (“ARR” or “the Company”) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Matthew D. Gili, B.Eng, BSc, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 21 August 2026.
As previously announced on 24 June 2026, Mr Gili’s appointment was subject to completion of the necessary Australian regulatory formalities, which have now been finalised.
An Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice is attached.
