Interim CEO Paul Ferguson said, “We thank Paul Gorman for his invaluable contributions towards putting this Company on a path to success. It was Paul’s vision that encouraged us to evolve the company strategy to pursue becoming a technology-driven, customer-oriented, industrial manufacturing enterprise. The Company is moving from a start-up to operational phase and the Board of Directors will conduct a diligent search for a commensurate skillset. The Board is grateful to Mr. Gorman for his dedication and persistence.”
