July 26, 2019 (Source) – StageZero Life Sciences Ltd (TSX: SZLS) (“StageZero” or the “Company”) today announced the second closing for $1,043,049 to complete the $3.708 million private placement financing round as approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting. The private placement is fully subscribed.
A total of 75 investors participated for total gross proceeds of $3,708,467. The private placement is structured as units at $0.115 and each unit includes one common share and one half warrant, whereby each full warrant can be exercised for a period of 36 months at a price of $0.185.
