June 12, 2025 (Source) — Visionstate Corp. (TSXV:VIS) (“Visionstate” or the “Company”), a provider of facility management technology, is pleased to announce a significant development in the rollout of its WandaLITE solution: the first deployment outside the province of Ontario. A regional airport has adopted WandaLITE to strengthen its commitment to cleanliness and improve passenger experience—marking the beginning of broader national adoption.

WandaLITE was originally developed in response to Ontario’s Bill 190, which mandates visible cleaning logs in public washrooms. Designed as a simplified version of Visionstate’s flagship WandaNEXT solution, WandaLITE is easy to deploy, simple to use, and provides facilities with critical data on cleaning history and compliance.

Since its release earlier this year, WandaLITE has seen strong uptake, with a growing pipeline of installations across Ontario. However, the product’s intuitive design and powerful data-tracking capabilities have generated demand beyond the scope of the legislation. The recent deployment at a regional airport underscores this momentum and highlights the broader applicability of the technology.

“Airports are high-traffic environments where public perception of cleanliness is crucial,” said Shannon Moore, President of Visionstate IoT Inc. “WandaLITE not only offers an easy-to-implement solution but also provides clear, auditable proof of cleaning activity. This demonstrates a facility’s ongoing commitment to health and hygiene, which is more important than ever in public spaces.”

WandaLITE allows facility managers to easily digitize cleaning records using mobile devices, while displaying a visible QR code for the public to scan and view the cleaning history. This transparency builds trust with customers and reinforces operational accountability.

With growing demand across multiple sectors—including healthcare, education, transportation, and retail—Visionstate is positioning WandaLITE as a versatile solution for organizations seeking to modernize their cleaning protocols without major infrastructure changes.

“The adoption of WandaLITE beyond Ontario signals a broader shift in how organizations are thinking about cleanliness and public health,” added Moore. “It’s not just about meeting legislative requirements—it’s about building public confidence and operational efficiency.”

Visionstate will continue to report on key deployments as the pipeline expands and national awareness of WandaLITE grows.

AI Development Update

In parallel with the adoption of WandaLITE, Visionstate is also making significant progress on its artificial intelligence (AI) initiative in collaboration with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (AMII). The project is focused on developing an AI-powered system that can generate optimized cleaning routes for frontline staff.

The system analyzes key variables such as facility layout, available staffing and shift schedules, and required cleaning protocols to create an intelligent, daily task guide. This not only improves efficiency and consistency but also ensures compliance with cleaning standards across a wide range of facilities.

Once integrated with the Wanda platform, the AI system will provide predictive scheduling and real-time task direction, further enhancing the value of Visionstate’s technology for clients seeking smarter, data-driven operations.

Website Updates

As part of its ongoing communication efforts, Visionstate has also updated its website at www.visionstate.com to reflect recent product developments, including WandaLITE, MIRA, and the Company’s response to Ontario’s Bill 190. The updated site provides detailed information on each solution, customer use cases, and how Visionstate is helping facilities modernize operations through smart technology.
